There is a 13-month warranty on the item (calculated from the date of bill of lading). Whenever a manufacturing quality problem involving the supplier arises during the warranty period, the supplier is required to furnish or replace the repair parts following the joint identification and certification of both parties, as per the pertinent vulnerable parts and components. Accessories are not mentioned in the price for traditional products. Based on the actual input, we will discuss providing vulnerable components for maintenance during the warranty term; some parts may need to be purchased for a fee. Any quality issues can be reported for investigation and resolving.
